Should I be worried or bug MS?

I emailed MS 2 weeks ago. I have 2 existing reservations (for the same week, 1 studio, 1 1br), so I sent 2 seperate emails listing a room request on each.

I got emails back on both of them, then about a week later I got an updated reservation in the mail for the studio. I've gotten nothing for the 1br.

Should I call MS, or assume that the email was my confirmation that the request was noted.

As you've seen, new written confirmations seem to be hit and miss, even if there is a date change. I'd give them a call to confirm.

I've always had good experiences with MS. They've always been very friendly and never seemed bothered by my calls. And I've never known them to make a mistake.

But when something is amiss -- always assume the worst and CALL!

Hey Capecodnut! You worked for MS in Florida and moved to Saratoga!? I guess the "grass is greener on the other side" no matter where we live! A big pat on the back for MS from me as well. In 11 years only once did I have someone who was at 95% (but still 100% better than any other travel agent/service person outside of DVC).

As to the original post -- Go ahead and give MS a call and they will check whether the request is noted in the computer. Sometimes they don't appear on the printed confirmation (sometimes there is a space problem) but are in the computer.

When in doubt, call! I'm glad I did

They did have one of the requests wrong, they had one room in the North Wing (the hard copy that we got), but the other room was in the south wing (no hard copy, and we had actually requested the North wing). So she changed it and we should be all set now.
