OK, I know- I'm obsessing.

But on Sat, I was checking my airline reservation, on-line to see about switching seats, and I decided to check the flight status, on the flight that we will be taking in a few weeks. Not our actual flight obviously, but same flight- different day.

Anyway- the flights we will be on had been cancelled the previous day due to staffing issues. So I decided to check them every couple of days since then, and it looks as if those same set of flight numbers were cancelled again yesterday. Should I worry? I have only flown NWA one time before, and it wasn't the greatest (but it was right after 9/11, so I do really count it- every airline had issues those first few months)

Also- what about our rental car, if we are delayed? Will it be held automatically, since they have our flight info, or will we need to call. We are booked with National Emerald Aisle- Would we need to go to the counter if delayed?

Thanks for any advice.

Make sure YOUR flight hasn't been changed. National will normally hold your reservation until midnight but you could give them a call if your flight get switched.

Our flight is still the same. They had changed it, almost immediately after we booked in Jan. but it hasn't changed since.

I guess I'm just a bit worried for nothing, but my flight times are not having such a great track record lately.

Thanks for the info on National.- Our flight isn't due into MCO until 8pm, so if we are delayed it is quite possible that we would not be there by Midnight.

Thanks again.

Call national and explain your situation. I'm sure they would be willing to offer suggestions that would help you out.
