Should I be freaking out?!

My land/sea vacation starts next Thursday (May 19) and I have yet to receive my documents. I was reading some thread that said you could look at your reservation through DCL's website even if you went through a travel agent and I was able to see my reservation. However, when I went to book things it says it couldn't because either the birthdays were wrong or I wasn't paid in full. The birthdays were correct on the website and I did pay in full through DU. Now I'm wondering if DCL doesn't think we are going?!!?

I know this is easy for me to say (because I know I would be freaking out too...

The web site features don't see be to be fully operational yet, according to quite a few people.

I'd call your agent at DU. They should know if your docs have been sent yet, and should be able to locate them if they have not yet been mailed to you. (Put a priority tag on your e-mail).

Our DU agent was able to tell us when ours were on the way.

I had this same problem and i emailed DU and they fixed it in a day.
Email your Agent and let them know and they will get it fixed.
