Should I avoid DHS on an evening EMH day

My trip is the last week in February and my original plan was to do AK on a morning EMH day and DHS on an evening EMH day. I am starting to second guess that. I could swap those park days and avoid the EMH for both parks. I have two little ones so we are not park hopping. I am worried that the EMH will make DHS way too crowded...thoughts?

Evening EHMs are wonderful if you have energy and patience. My suggestion would be to factor in wake times for the morning EMHs and nap time needs for evening ones. you don't want to force a wake up or staying awake and either one isn't something you want to do with tired little ones.

The only reason we are going to DHS on evening EMH is for the Disney Jr. Dance Party (unless someone here says it isn't worth it).

This is exactly what I was thinking. Anyone have any feedback?

We love morning extra magic hours, but we get there still 45 min in advance to get in line. Evening magic hours are good if you can stay up late and wait for the crowds to thin out, but they are harder to do rides because there usually is a huge line for all the headliners waiting since the park closed or whenever the CMs stopped people from entering.
