Should I add on to current resort or add a second?

I would like to get some feedback from those who have added on contracts to their home resort and those who added on smaller contracts to a second resort. I bought into AKV earlier this year (200 pts) and am looking to add on an additional 50 -75 points. I am struggling between adding on at AKV or getting a second resort (such as BCV) that would allow me the opportunity to have the 11 month window at two resorts. Whoever has any ideas, pros, cons etc I would greatly appreiciate the feedback.

If you're really only interested in staying at AKV, then add-on there. If you really like another resort and would like to ensure you can book a reservation there at the 11-month window, then add-on there. As the saying goes: "Buy where you want to stay".

We bought 210 at AKV, and then added on 65 at VWL and 65 at BWV. AKV is our primary home resort, and we have enought points for 1 week at VWL and 1 week at BWV every other year (we stay in a 1-BR).

If there's one in particular you'd like to own at, then go for it...personally...I would be confused with points everywhere....unless it was enough for that resort for a week...since that's the way I like to think about it.

I think it makes a lot of sense to buy where you want to stay. Buy at different places if you want to stay at different places. It should be easer to get the ressies you want if it is at an owned site.
