Should Disney version of Netflix have their own horror series?

I assume you mean Disney+. If someone comes up with an idea and Disney likes it, then sure.

if they did horror chances are it would be on Hulu instead of Disney + (well aside from the new Doctor Strange movie which is said to be a Horror film)

No but when I think of Disney I think of happiness. Horror doesn't fit in that regard.
