Should DCL drop St. Maarten in favor of Puerto Rico?

Our best day was our visit to Great Bay Beach in Saint Maarten! The beach was lovely, the water gorgeous, the day STRESS-FREE. We has such a great time. Next time I wouldn't rush back to the ship, I would have spent a little more time in the few shops at the beach. (Dave's website had great advice & directions for Great Bay Beach for those of us who aren't gung-ho for major excursions and are looking for a "low-maintenance" kind of day! St. Maarten, of course! I can't see stopping in PR for any reason. The point of going on a cruise is to see new places and meet new people. If I want to see something that looks like home I will do just that. We had a great time on SM. Touring the entire island by scooter was one of the highlights of the trip. The beaches were wonderful and so were the people. Even those on the French side. I had no problem exchanging money since the prices were posted in $, also.

Stay with the current eastern itinerary.
