I'd throw in one pair of long pants...just for dinners and sometimes there are cold spots.
Keep it family-friendly. Nobody wants to hear about your cold spots.

I can't resist, and I know I'm going off topic. This is one of our costuming groups. Love Boat, The Next Generation. More commonly known as Love Trek.

Dude on the far left even kinda looks like Fred Grandy.
We call Clark, the guy on stage left (the tall one) Gopher all the time.
That's a riot.On the Panama Canal cruise we did there was a guy who wore pajamas all day everyday so I don't think shorts are that big of a deal.
Funniest thing I've seen ALL DAY!!!!!!!!I can't resist, and I know I'm going off topic. This is one of our costuming groups. Love Boat, The Next Generation. More commonly known as Love Trek.

One day he even wore a tshirt that read "I'm not lazy this is just really comfortable".That's a riot.
I had a table mate wear shorts every day for dinner in the MDR.
I wear shorts and flip-flops.
But Mr.Roarke and Tatoo never wore shorts, and they spent all their time on a tropical island. Yeah, I know, different show, but seeing as it was on right after The Love Boat, I can't think of one without the other.Absolutely, as did Doc and Gopher. Julie only sometimes. Isaac always wore pants, for some reason.
Clearly, I paid too much attention to the Love Boat as a kid.
I wear capris to main dining, but never shirts. And a skirt to Palo. I would recommend taking one long pants and a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt. There is always some point in a cruise where I need it!
