Do you think FtW would rent a golf cart for just an hour or so? I want to tour the loops while I'm there in January but don't want to pay the full day price, of course. My alternative is to rent a bike, but a golf cart would be SO much better.

I tried to rent a cart for a half a day and couldn't...CM told me at the time that there was a one day min. That was last year.

I dont think they will do that, Disney wants to make all the money they can!!!! to bad I'm not going to be there the same time or you could use one of mine.:cool1:

Lets see.....I have to pay for a Sunday rental in order to pick it up early Monday morning....Hopefully I will get there before the Bike Barn closes on Sunday and get some use out of my days fee, but I wouldn't be able to pick it up till after 1 on monday, and well be deep in Animal Kingdom by then. Yeah....their gonna get that last penny by all means necessary

Hmm. Bike may be the way to go. That only about $10 for an hour. Might take me a little longer to get around though!

I have to agree...they won't rent them for partial days. I asked if they would pro-rate the $49 per day fee since we weren't going to pick it up until 5:30pm. Nope. No pro-rating.

It was frustrating to have to do the same thing as BigDaddyRog and have to pay for such a small portion of the day BUT unless you have a break scheduled in the day it's easier. Particularly if you need (ok...want) it to get to the landing to catch the launch to MK early in the morning.

We LOVE to get the carts though...such a fun way to cruise around the Fort and sight-see.

We always bike around the fort. Just be prepared for a lot of exercise. It takes us a few days to build up our "biking muscles" to do a lot of looping. I wouldnt be able to cover all the loops in just an hour or two.

Actually, there's only a few loops I want to take a look at for our future trip in our popup. I figure I'll be looking at 4 or 5 loops and taking pictures.

we have 3 electric scooters that handlebars fold up nicely and travel easily in the mh , you can ride them on the walk/all purpose paths but not the roads (except in your loop to CS ) - they're not expensive to buy , charge holds for days
