i have an idea every month i will host a short story contest every month
with another them you can work in groups or alone i suggest you have an editor for grammar especially if you are bad at it like me. i will need judges four for now.

rules



i will only take the first 20 entries

no cursing or any adult themes

must fallow the months guidelines

if you are going too enter post here too say you are so i have an idea how many people are participating this month

how it works.

you guys enter your short stories 5 will be sent too each judge they will send there favorite too me i will post them for you all too read then the next day i will start a poll and you guys vote on your favorite one




you guys pm the stories too me too enter them just the story the name of the story in the title no comments please if you have comments put them in another pm

yup! only i find sites that have word counts dont know how too do it with word but i could allways make that the judges job

uhm..i don't really understand that rule. is it sort of just the same as setting a word limit?

im working on writeing the judges set of rules i will have it later but they dont need it until they get there storys on the 25th

It takes me 15 minutes to read well over 2,000 words. I am a fast reader, are the judges? I am not sure how I can write a story based on a 15 minute read. I can stay uder 2,000 words, but I doubt I can write juding it on a 15 minute read.

Yes I also think it should just be by word count, not on the time it takes to read the story.

Yes because if we tried to count it by minutes some people are a faster reader an whatnot. Like me, I am a ridiculously fast reader.
