Short Stays Booking Fee?

When you are looking at Short Stays on the member website they have a note that says you have to pay a $75 fee to exchange. I thought all the fees were changed to $95 accross the board. Is it a mistake or really $75? Anyone know?

The short stay booking fee is $75 -- but don't say it too loud or they'll change it to $95 to "make it easier for members".
