I called Shoreside this morning first thing and was told that the email system was down and that they couldn't access any of the emails that were sent. She took my requests over the phone and said once the system was up and running I should get an email. I got this one that I usually get:
"Your email is very important to us, we will be sure to respond to your email as soon as possible. Should you require immediate assistance, please feel free to contact us at 1-866-784-1654 or 407-566-8119, Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm (EST)."
I may check back in again later to verify. Hopefully it ended up going through. Bad luck that it went down the night of my 125 days!
