Shops deliver to your room still?

I know that the shops use to send things back to your hotel room if you were staying on Disney property for free do they still do this?

You have to pick your packages up at the resort gift shop now.

If you're in a concierge room they may actually deliver packages to the rooms. Anywhere else, they will get sent to a pickup location (usually a gift shop) and you will get a call to come pick them up.
