Shopping through CR using DH's name??

I e-mailed customer service and am waiting for them to answer. My DH wants to buy something through Best Buy and I would like to get the credit through CR for it! (it is on same right now on a two-day sale - not sure when it ends). The purchase has to be in his name though for tax purposes (something for his business). Anyone else ever do something like this and get credit to your account for it??

If Creation Rewards tracks the same way that we do at Sunshine, you should have no problem at all. 99% of the rewards programs track you by a unique identifier associated with your account. We usually ask you to use the same name and email address when you shop just in case we need to track down an order that does not get automatically credited. I can't see a single reason why they would not credit you.

It's only smart to comparison shop and buy things through the programs that give you the most cash back per purchase. I actually should do a better job of seeing how our payouts compare to the other competitors! But it is so confusing with all of the different point/reward values.

If any of you ever see another program that is giving back more than we are, feel free to post on here and I will see if we can match it. Sometimes we can and sometimes we can't depending on the kind of volume we have. We can beat everyone with Disney Shopping because we are one of their higher volume sites. But for someone like a Best Buy, I have no idea where we fall.

They were terrific! We picked up quite a few new programs, including many that allow us to give incentives for people merely putting in their email addresses and zip codes. I think that will help our members to earn more quickly.

We also met up with a program that includes eBay signups as part of their offers that you can pay out rewards for. I'm hoping to get links up for them within the next week.

It was a great learning experience because incentive/loyalty sites like SR, CR, Mypoints, Ebates, etc. are often looked down upon and criticized in the online shopping community. However, they presented the founder of FatWallet with a special achievement award at the Summit. It was a good indication that not everyone thinks our sites are illegitimate or "low class" compared to other websites.
