I'm making my Christmas list for my DH, and one of my goals this year is to achieve better fireworks pics. I have a Canon 5D3 and most likely will use my 24-105 for fireworks (other lens is 70-200, don't think I want to drag it around). I already have a remote switch and tripod on the list. Now I'm trying to find an ND filter. I've tried searching, but can't seem to find links to specific filters. I would like to keep it under $100. Any ideas?

Try a search on either Amazon.com, B&H or Adorama for "Variable ND 77mm" and you should get some choices. There was a conversation here on this board within the past year debating the differences between the higher-end ND and the real cheap ones.

Thanks for the replies. There are just so many out there, not sure which one is the right one.

and search for his article on ND filter reviews. It's all about Disney fireworks and ND filters. He has some good recommendations which I've followed.
