ShopDisney - % off sales?

Are there any specific times of the year that ShopDisney tends to have blanket percentage off sales on everything? Right before Christmas (i.e. after most of their pre-Christmas deals ended), they introduced a bunch of runDisney/Star Wars stuff that I was interested in purchasing, but so far, I haven't seen any sales. I have a Disney Visa card, but am not a passholder or DVC.
