What kind of socks do you all wear? I used to just wear "regular" every day socks but before our trip last week I found Keds socks with arch support band, I snagged a package and used them.....OMG!!! My arches didn't hurt and the rest of my feet didn't hurt as bad either!! I bought some for DBF but he says he didn't really notice a difference, but I sure did!

I wear any socks that have the wicking fabrics. Not cotton.

Pretty much any sock labeled for running.

oh...and I wear the low socks...

Then there is me I usually never wear socks. I wear slip on Adidas and Sketchers and Birkenstocks. My feet never hurt and I walk a lot. But I think I may be interested in the Ked socks. One question where do I get them?

I have a few pairs of those same socks! I love the Keds socks... I wish I had more pairs! I should really get some, as they are my favorite socks to wear! When I wear socks that is...

for the most part, I don't wear socks.:rotfl:

In the summer I wear my aerosole sandals and no socks. In cold weather I wear support hose (warm and supportive!) and whatever socks are hanging about. This works for me because I buy good quality socks to begin with- lots of wool!

I don't ever wear socks, just the flip flops, but I am really interested in the Keds socks now. They sound great for running at home.

I'm looking for new socks too, since my running store recently told me "cotton is rotten". Nice.

I think the moisture wicking socks are worth checking out.

My DH wears wicking clothes when he rides his bicycle and they are amazing. I can see how the socks would be too.

Michelle, I got them at Mervyn's at the mall. :) They were on sale too. These were wicking socks also, but I thought they were made of cotton....hmmmm, I'll have to check that out. Mine were the low cut too, I have always worn regular crew length but no more!! If socks are on my feet at DL I will be wearing my moisture wicking with the arch support band in low cut! LOL :) They really did help!

Thank you. I will be making a trip to Mervyns. I have Etnies I never wear because I can't find socks I like.

Now I will have to try to find these Keds socks! I could use the extra arch support, and I love wearing socks. Thanks! :cool1:

My DD20 wears steel toe boots at DL. LOL Of course she was there with us in Dec. so maybe in the summer she would chose flip flops. LOL

Costco (if you have one near you) carries 6 packs of Champion low-rise moisture wicking socks. They're great. I also wear Nike CoolMax moisture wicking socks. I get them at the athletic supply store, like Gart sports or wherever. A bit more expensive, but feel great.
