Not sure if this is the place for this question, but has anyone worn Tieks brand ballet flats in the parks? Are they comfortable enough to wear all day and walk in all day? I'm interested in a pair and they seem to be pretty decent shoes. Just want to see if any of you have personal experience with them for all day wear around WDW.

Thanks!

I don't have a pair of these, but I can't imagine that it would be comfortable shoe to wear on cement all day! It looks like it has no support at all.

Generally we're athletic sneaker people...nikes. All that walking, I'd definitely advise something with a good arch support that can't possibly fall off...especially if there are little ones. My podiatrist (I'm 24 but spent years dancing on pointe shoes) kills me anytime I walk any great distance in anything but sneakers...I walked into her office in cute flats last week...don't even get me started lol

I totally get wanting to look cute...I insisted on wearing converse, with no freakin support, for years because I thought they looked better than Nikes. All I did was complaining about arch cramps and ended up slowing my family down lol

Tieks do not have enough support, at least my daughter, her friends, and I think for the amount walking involved at Disney World. The girls were 19 at the time and we all had to go back to the resort to change shoes. Around town, shopping, etc., Tieks are fine.
Teva Mush, Olukai O Hana, or Olukai Paniolo flip flops are my WDW favorites.

We just came back from a week - almost all of us wore sneakers, sometimes Tevas were worn, and I wore flip flops on a couple of occasions - not the most supportive of shoes, but I was fine and we did a lot of walking.

Personally, the thing that drove me to wear sneakers most days was the incessant water on the ground at Disney - whether from afternoon rainstorms or the wetting down of parks in the morning. I found it gross and irritating to wear open shoes - but, that might just be a personal preference - I really don't like my feet to be wet if I'm outside of a pool!!

Being that Tieks have exposed leather on the bottom - your feet would be soaked.
