Shoe ID tags

I should have planned ahead better, but I didn't and there is no time to order these ID tags for my sons shoe(he won't wear a bracelet)

Anyone have any tips or tricks for making one that won't make him crazy knowing there is something on his shoe?

Road ID makes shoe tags and usually gets them out within a couple of days. You might be able to pay for a FedEx delivery if that would help.

They even make a shoe pouch, which your son might like for holding things.

Many pet stores have on site engraving for dog tags. They come in cute, non animal shapes as well like stars and hearts. You could try there.

I have 2 children with siezure disorderes and multiple other issues. We use luggage tags and attach them to their belt loops decorate them with their favorite disney characters. Put their names. Conditions, Meds and doses. Our cell phone # so we can be reached if someone wanders off or losses us. Our local scrapbook store carries blank ones. It also carries Disney themed ones. Oriental Trading company also carries some but you may not get them in time. I have found over the years if they pick out the characters and have a say with how they look they are okay with having them attatched to their belt loops.

We got the pet tags for a while, and then got regular dog tags for my son. We got a set of 6, so there is one for each shoe (he was 2 - the odds of losing a shoe were pretty good ), then there were leftovers for his backpack, diabetes bag, and one on a clip to his belt.

I'm sure it is too late to order these as well but we purchase temporary tattoos for our son. They are inexpensive and you get 20-25 tattoos. We have gotten a few vacations out of them. They say "If lost, please call ....."(our cell phone # is already imprinted on tattoo).
