Shocked at number of booked homes for Sept. 09 already

I was not expecting this. But, alot of the homes I am looking at on vacationrentals.com are already booked for the two week slot.

If you are looking for a home, Windsor Hills is a beautiful community. vacationcentralflorida.com is where I booked through for our trip earlier this year. They are insanely cheap compared to hotels and the pictures on the site are real. They only require a deposit of $250 per week stayed and that goes towards your stay, it's not a "security deposit" to be refunded after you leave. They have several 2 and 3 BR condos as well as a 3BR Townhome all for the same prices.
We're thinking of going next September as well. Have you ever been there in September? I'm wondering what the weather is like.

We are looking for something with six bedrooms because the in laws are supposed to be going and we have four kids who want their own room. Finding rates like 2000.00 for two weeks - which is great - but just not sure what we are doing for sure. Hoping maybe Disney will do their free dining and then we might just stay in the park instead. But, if we wait till April when they decide to announce that, we may not get the house we want. I liked going in September. It is slower than normal due to back to school. But, still HOT

try www.lastminutevillas.net - there are HUNDREDS of villas on there - bookable for upto 2 years in advance, not last minute as the name suggests!

We stayed in this 6-BR vacation home last fall and I highly recommend it. Very clean, had a heated pool with jacuzzi, and the owner made sure everything was fine by calling the day we checked in. It is in Emerald Island.
