Shipping Water to your Hotel

Hi,
Any good tips for shipping case of water bottles to your hotel? I saw it somewhere on here. Do you generally use Fed Ex? Does anyone have an approximate cost or other tips. My trip is in a month and from I have read in past, you should do this three weeks ahead. I have heard a rumor that if you are a rewards member via Staples they will ship for free? But then I heard they no longer do this? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about shipping yourself, but you could order through Amazon. Lots of times they have free shipping over $25, so you could get some snacks or something, too.

My brother in law is ordering some from the local Costco and having it sent to the hotel. Several cases. He said it wasn't that much since it was local.

I ordered and had delivered a case of water from Costco this past May. I'm not a Costco member, so a surcharge was added. I think it was .35. Delivered, the case was less than $8.00.

THank you so much for the tips, I used Costco didn't think I could since I am not a member was 8.50 with the surcharge but that is great since that's probably less than 2-3 bottles of water from Disney! Thanks again!!!!!!!!

I used Costco back in 2008, non member and I believe it was about $7! Looks like they probably increased the price a bit but still not bad for a case of water shipped IMO. You can also get a case from the Hess store at Disney for pretty cheap too.

A case of water this past May at the Hess station was $4.99. Just take the DTD bus, get off at the 2nd stop and walk across the street to the Hess station.

If you ship it yourself expect to spend maybe 25 to 30 per case. Each 16 oz bottle of water is a pound so a 24 bottle case would be 24 pounds. Thats a heavy package.

Also factor in packaging because I don't think you can just slap a mailing label on the box.

I would either order it from the costco or staples or where ever or take a trip to the Hess station at DTD.

WOW!!! I don't know if me and my could carry the case back... Do they sell 12 packs? or 6 packs?
