Shipping water free?

Does anyone know if any store ships for free? Just wondering because Staples charges over $7.00? I know it is still cheaper than buying it in the parks but I figure why not ask. Thanks

Subscribing.. Does Staples ship water, milk, youghurtetc free if on Rewards!!and does it cost to join?

It's free to join but I think they only carry water. Staples is an office supply store.
