Shipping to BWV?

We are going to be "home" at BWV over the Christmas week, and just decided to fly instead of drive because we snagged some great reservations ... but now I have to deal with the stuff we need for Christmas. Can I ship ahead of time? How long will they hold the package? Do I need to call ahead and make arrangments?

From what I understand and also have done is shipped things to arrive a day early, or if I'm arriving late in the day on that day. Everything goes to the business center and then gets delivered to your room.
That said I don't know how much stuff the can handle. I usally ship smaller amounts.
