Shipping packages to PPH

I had packages shipped to GCH on our first trip. We are staying at PPH this time around - I assume I can do the same? Will they hold it for us prior to arrival? I know to ensure the check-in date is on the address label.

I heard back from PPH and yes, you can send packages/mail there. Include exact name on reservations as well as check-in date.
