Shipping gift baskets to CR

Have the baskets almost done. How far ahead should I ship them to the Contemporary? How should I ship them. Give me the exact address, and how to write it down. Thanks in advance. Do you ask for a return receipt, so you know they got it? We will be getting in around 1 in the afternoon, don't know if our room will be ready. When would they put the baskets in the room?

I would ship them USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. This generally takes 2 days and you can see when it was delivered. I wouldn't do it to far ahead of time, maybe 3 days before you leave. You can get a Priority label free at the PO and I would put your name, ressie #, check in date c/o CR I doubt it would be in your room waiting, more like a notation on your ressie and then given at check in. I highly doubt CR would unpack your box and deliver the baskets to your room. You could unpack them and have a runner take them up.
