shipping for Jcpenney outlet?

Anyone know how to get reduced shipping from the JCPenney outlet? I want to order a $75 item and shipping is over $100! The free shipping codes don't work on outlet stuff.
Do they charge shipping if order is placed in store?

I tried the same thing for outlet and none of the codes worked. Did you try site-to-store instead? I know they offer a reduced price that way. I complained that Walmart will STS for free and they told me that the items we ordered were not coming from a warehouse that stocks JCP merchandise.
