shipping food down question

I heard there is a special way you need to address your box if you are shipping stuff down ahead of time, can someone please tell me? Also, do you have to call the resort to let them know a box is coming?

I did just as stated above. I had called my resort directly to get the address format, so I don't know if that resulted in any note on my reservation or if they just take the package as it comes no questions asked.
