Cozumel is beautiful but also poor and rundown in sections. I would go back in a heartbeat. The ocean and beaches are some of the most awe inspiring I have ever seen. Now, seeing the Statue of St. Anthony was very nice, but scary too...It's like he was following me. However, for those who know the story of St. Anthony, he is the finder of lost things. When you loose something you pray to him and he helps find it. At least that's how I was brought up. As we settled back onto the coach, a driver from another coach came onto the bus and asked if anyone had lost a credit card? He said the name on the card (in his best English) and the woman sitting next to us recalled out the name and asked loudly if anyone had lost their card. Here comes the Lightbulb Moment - she finally realized it was hers.

How much tequila did you have sweetheart that you were sitting there announcing your own name? DUH!!!!
Anyway, she got her card back, luckily. Can you imagine how much damage someone could have done with that...Do you think she offered the poor guy that brought it back even a dollar? NOPE!!!! For crying out loud, give the guy $5 and say thank you to St. Anthony for bringing it back...No worries though Karma always gets the last laugh...
