We stopped in Japan so that I could buy the girls their personalized fans which I had promised them. Here they are:

Once Mary and Avery came back, we were off to see a Bear...a Duffy Bear:

Sorry, whenever I read his name, I think of Duff Beer from the Simpsons. Then I expect Duff Man to make an appearance.

After our wild ride on Test Track, the girls wanted to go back to Club Cool one more time. I didn't even want to go in, so I took some more pictures of the fountain (for you, Brook):

Maybe they filled the fountain with Beverly.

The girls were done in Club Cool and we decided we had done everything we wanted to do, so we were going to head out to Downtown Disney for dinner and more shopping.

Right, because you haven't done any shopping yet.

Up next, do we hop a bus to OKW and take the boat to DTD? Or do we catch a bus to SSR and walk to DTD? You'll have to come back to find out.

Or catch a bus to Contemporary, ride the monorail around to the Magic Kingdom, take a boat to the Wilderness Lodge, and then a bus to DTD?

That kid in the front looks less than thrilled to have to sit next to an icky girl with cooties!

Hey, did you ever notice in the "hot" room in the Test Track ride that they have an egg frying on that heater ? We noticed it and thought it was funny.

Aw Test Track. It was closed when we were there a few weeks ago.

I'm going to guess & say you took a boat to DTD. (of course I am usually wrong so you probably walked).

Thank you, Doreen. I really hate my picture being taken, but I was so happy with how those turned out (and the sunglasses were left on to hide the tears).

Nope, I don't think I've ever seen a bad picture of either one of them. They each picked out their own fan and I thought they picked out the perfect one for each of them. It was a lovely day that day--the warmest of all the days we were there.

I'm so glad Cayley and I got that last ride in.

Yes, I won't be happy that Test Track is closed in September, but at least Big Thunder will be back and running and I prefer that to TT.

I never noticed that in Test Track; the next time we are there and it is open, I'll have to see if it is there after the refurb.

Thanks, Ali. I love the pic of just me and Cayley too, but I needed to frame the last one so I had both my girls.

Yes, the last day is always a sad day. But we still had shopping to do (yes, Mark -- MORE shopping) and breakfast the next morning before getting on the ME.

So after our photopass pictures and our last remaining moments at the park, we headed towards the bus stop. Mary suggested we see which bus was there first -- OKW or Saratoga Springs and hop on it. If the OKW bus came, we would take the boat to DTD; if the Saratoga Springs bus came we'd take it, get off at the stop closest to DTD and walk (being that Mary has stayed at SS she knew whicih bus stop to get off at).

We got to the bus area and the first bus there was: Saraotga Springs. I was kind of happy about this so that I could see SS a little closer because we have considered staying here at some point. We hopped the bus and we were off. We got off at SS (I don't remember which stop) and took the walk to DTD. We watched for alligators in the water but we didn't see any.

I took a few pictures along the way (across the water and of SS):

We arrived at our destination and saw this and I got Avery's picture (if I am remembering correctly there was a foreign family who cut in front of Cayley and we got tired of waiting and that is why I don't have one of her):

We headed over to Mix and Match where Avery spent some of her Disney gift card (I don't think Cayley bought anything).

I then got a picture of the girls where Mr. Mark and I always have our picture taken:

Before we could shop anymore, we needed something to boost our energy -- we were starving. So we headed over to Wolfgang Puck Express where I had never eaten.

I really enjoyed our meal here and can't wait to take Mark there in September.

After dinner was finished, we hit the stores. I went in the Christmas shop, but didn't buy anything (have to wait for Mark to do that). We then stopped at the big Pin Trading Store and the kids got their dad a pin and I got Mary a Chip & Dale pin (her favorite) as a thank you for letting me tag along on her girls trip.

We headed to the World of Disney and I bought a new sweatshirt (since I had to wear mine all week, it was dirty from drippings, etc.).

It was time for dessert. Where do you think we stopped? If you guessed,

you were correct.

We stopped at the Lego Store for the girls to each get one more set of the Legos they had purchased on our first night.

We were getting tired and we knew we still had to pack, so we decided it was time to say goodbye to Disney and head back to OKW to do the dreaded packing.

We walked over and got on our now familiar boat:

We got off at the Hospitality House. I'm not sure if we had to pick something up in the Store or if Mary and I went for a drink (see, I told you I need to do these trip reports quicker as my "older years" make me forget sooner).

We finished up and walked back to our room and proceeded to pack up the suitcases and throw out stuff we didn't need. The girls took a bath and they both decided to sleep on the floor that night and not with us. So we made their beds on the floor and everyone was out like a light.
