Chapter 20 - "That Guy" and His Daughter, The Galactic Hero
February 24th, 2011
After our crazy lunch, Dad suggested going on Laugh Floor. Everything else (like Pirates, Big Thunder, etc.) was really crowded. So we thought, why not?
HAHAHA that sign is fantastic. Roz is oddly one of my favorite Disney characters of all time. (You would never expect that out of a princess, now would you? haha) She just cracks me up!! I like to talk like her!
Thank Goodness Dad had the good idea to go on Laugh Floor! Turns out... He ended up being "THAT GUY!!"
The first time I ever went on Laugh Floor, I knew that would happen someday! And then it finally did! It was so funny! My Dad was a pretty awesome "that guy" if you ask me!

He was hilarious!
We sat on the right side (if you're looking facing the stage) and I think it was behind that break in the middle where people can walk through. It might have been a row or two back. I don't know.
Anyways, he got a sticker! And I'm pretty sure that made our day!
(And if those fingernails look a little feminine to you... Don't worry! My Dad isn't holding the sticker! That's my Mom. LOL)
Then we were going to head to Thunder Mountain, but we spotted that Buzz Lightyear had a 10 minute wait! Heck yes, we got in line!
It was like fate because by the third room, I had the highest possible score you can get on Buzz Lightyear: 999,999!
I don't even know how I did it... but I know I hit the orange robot hands, the flying saucer, and the volcano. Those targets are worth a lot!
That was AWESOME!! I was so incredibly excited. I wish you got a prize for being a Galactic Hero! (even a sticker would do... LOL)
Here are our ride photos:
We went on the PeopleMover after that, and then Dad and Jonathan decided to go into the Space Mountain Arcade.
Mom and I decided to go over to Main Street.
I bought a Scarf:
And a Pink Mickey Key Chain:
That is my favorite key chain EVER! I actually dropped it and broke it right before my April trip ): So I had to get a replacement. But the new one is in tact! Woohoo! I get so many compliments on it!
Then we took a lot of really pretty castle pictures!
SEAGULL ATTACK!
Here's Mother:
This one is like a postcard!! I love it!
SEAGULLS! AHHHHHH!!
2 of my favorite people in the whole world: Walt and Mickey! ♥
Here's Me!
Then Dad and Jonathan met up with us in that central area, and we headed to Pirates of the Caribbean.
One line seemed shorter than the other, so Jon and I jumped in it while Mom and Dad stayed on our original side.
They basically ended up being the same length. LOL good experimenting!
Jon and I sat in the front. Next to us was a girl who was in the park by herself! SOLO TRAVELER!! She liked it because she could take her time and see the park at her own pace. Very cool!
Then we went on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Jonathan didn't want to ride in the back (he isn't a big ride person... at least we finally got him to go on this one a few years ago!) so him and Mom rode in the train before us so they could be in the front.
Dad and I rode in the very last car! Woohoo!
SEAGULL.
Then we went on Splash Mountain! We used our fastpasses... seriously, best invention of all TIME. Thank God for Fastpasses, they make the park experience a million times more enjoyable.
We were in the 2nd row for that ride!
After that, we went over to the Haunted Mansion!
Once again, another thing that had changed since January - the Hitch Hiking Ghost Scene was all different! They were animated... and I actually really like this new version! I was not aware they were changing that, but it was cool!
And I also wasn't aware that they were refurbing the grave stones. However, I found out that it was all for the new queue line! Pretty cool.
After Haunted Mansion, Dad and Jon left to go back to the room for a little bit. Mother and I decided to stay a little longer in Magic Kingdom.
