Just popped in to see if there was any new news ! Glad to hear about Jeff's mom! I have been to Europe and back now ! It was an awesome trip . I was supposed to leave jan 11 the day your got back to trip report but on that mild day they had bad weather in Montreal and ottawa so my flight was cancelled til next day! I got back on January 26th ! As much as I love paris and visiting my son in Copenhagen next trip is going to be planned for Disney!! In the meantime .. Island beach just past beaconia where we bought a cabin this past fall is beckoning us!! Lol
Can't wait to hear more news on your trip and I'll be getting some photos up on fb of Europe trip soon!!

We can't wait for our 3 week vacation this year...I have my own little countdown going on my calendar in the kitchen!

We were all pretty happy with the news...we were due some good news!

Amazing is a great word and we are sooooo looking forward to it! Have booked some of our ADR's and I did find it pretty easy now that you have to give a credit card, we had our pick of anything!

Our temps aren't great and we have more snow than we know what to do with, but hopefully spring is around the corner

We are so ecstatic! Our temps are beyond stupid right now and the snow....let me put it this way, if it's not -45 it's snowing....not quite sure where I'm going to put the stuff that's supposed to fall tonight

Those are some cold temps!!! I couldn't handle it here in South Louisiana the last few weeks when it was down in the High 20's!!!! We even had 2 ice days off from school and work. I don't ever remember that happening before. We work in Hurricane days not ice/days!!!!

I just had this update completed, hit post and lost it that makes me crazy!

Ok, here we go...round 2! I wanted to first start off my telling you that I got a new camera for the trip. It's a Canon PowerShot SX270HS and I LOVE IT! My amazing staff gave me a gift card for Christmas because they knew I had been talking about looking at a new camera..greatest team ever! I have been practising and hopefully by the time this trip rolls around, I'll have it all figured out!

FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED! This was a huge weight off my shoulders. As I said in a previous post, I have enough Visa points to purchase one return ticket and Shanleigh and I would split the cost of the second...well that was proving quite expensive! She loves Westjet as do I, but there price was almost $900, can't do it!

I was getting ready for work on Wed morning and the phone rang...it was my sister who is also my amazing travel agent! She found a Delta flight return for $520....BOOK IT DANO! Great times too, we arrive at 113pm, can't get any better than that, well not from here anyways She was on her computer and I grabbed my iPad and booked my flight with my points. I also did what every loving mother would do in the case of your daughter being deathly afraid of flying...I sat her behind me Yup, you heard me, when we sit together, it's not pretty! One of us is usually crying from a noise, turbulence, spilled milk, you get my drift!

That evening we were all out for dinner for our dad's birthday and my sister and her family will be on the same flights as us home to which my darling daughter replied "well whose sitting with Mom, cause it's not me". My oldest niece said, not me, my sister...well you get the drift! Then my little darling of a niece said don't worry auntie, I'll sit with you! Love that kid! She told the rest of the table they were just mean No sooner did we stop laughing from that, Jeff sent Shanleigh a text from work saying he had booked his flights too but that he was flying out on the Monday (a week after us) because the weekend was too expensive! Well, turns out, he's on the exact same flights as my sister and her family! It just worked out well all around. Geodoc even thought him and Jeff should upgrade to get in some "man time" before having to spend 2 weeks with all us girls

ADR'S are done!!! We will be visiting Via Napoli, Tony's Town Square, Rose & Crown, Sanaa (can't wait to try this) TOmorrowland Dessert Party (Shanleigh has been dying to do this again) Grand Floridian Cafe, House of Blues, O'Hana's, 50's Prime Time Cafe, Beaches and Cream, Teppan Edo, Yak & Yeti and Boma for breakfast! Phew!

Now, Shanleigh and I have one day that we are unsure of where to go. We had originally booked Cape May for Jeff but now that he's not arriving until the Monday we need a new place. We like Cape May, but we were mostly going cause Jeff LOVED it! Any thoughts any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
