Sheraton Vistana Villas vs Tiki Liki Resort

Our family of 6 will be traveling to WDW and Universal in June. 4 children ages 13, 12,9 and 7. We are comparing the Tiki Liki vs Sheraton Vistana Villages Villas. We need help. Cleanliness is a top priority. We have previously stayed at WDW Fort Wilderness, WDW Caribbean Beach, Cabana Bay, and a handful of condos. Any experiences and/or suggestions for these 2 resorts would be appreciated. Thank you!

SVV is a very nice resort, kept up to Sheraton standards. I have stayed at SVV, not Liki Tiki. Looking on Google Earth, Liki Tiki looks a lot more crowded with little greenspace, but it does have a great water play area.

SVV is probably about half the travel time to Disney parks compared to Liki Tiki, and much closer to Universal and Seaworld parks. Both have pretty good dining and shopping options nearby, but I would say more options near SVV. Relative ratings on TUG are 8.24 for SVV, 7.36 for LTV. Recent reviews on LTV indicate that new owner Diamond Resorts is slowly upgrading the property, but that many units are still in need of attention.

ETA: as the crow flies, they are probably about the same distance to the MK, but SVV has light traffic for most of the route, whereas LTV requires a drive down Irlo Bronson that is always congested (we own a timeshare at a different resort along Irlo Bronson).

We've only stayed at Sheraton Vistana of the two you mention. We LOVED it there. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It also has beautiful landscaping and great pools and amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. For reference we've stayed at most of the Disney resorts, and all but one of the Universal resorts. We had no complaints with the Vistana.
