Sheraton Vistana Villages

We will be staying here in October for our Disney World trip. We plan to head back to the condo in the afternoon for naps and swimming. Anyone have experience with driving back and forth between the parks and this resort during the day? About how long does it take on average to make that drive?

I also saw that they have a shuttle to the parks, anyone have any experience with these? Are they a good option instead of driving in?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Agree with checking the thread but ....

I have stayed in Vistana Resort not Villages but have stayed at Marriott right by Villages. It's an EASY drive to parks and I would absolutely be driving my car over a shuttle. Barring any issue you can probably be at the park toll booths in 10+ minutes.

Leave complex turning left on International Drive South.
It will dead end in to World Center Drive, turn right.
That will take you straight on to property, follow the signs.

If you look at maps you can see a couple more turns,
take you in another way that gets you to the AK side of property easily.
Note coming back this way can mean traffic problems at
Intl Dr South and 535 because there is no light so might want to avoid.

Great location! That part of International is VERY quiet and never busy.

There is a Publix grocery just a hop away at International Dr South and Vineland.
There are a couple Walmart Supercenters, one in each direction if you prefer.
