We stayed in a one bedroom in the cascades. Building 6 facing the road. It was great; clean, light and airy plenty of space. The grounds were really nice and well kept, the pools were great. I would definately stay there again without a doubt. If I was being picky the only think they could improve on was the lobby which was a bit plain, not really up to scratch with the rest of the resort. But I do understand that it is a timeshare and not a hotel, so I shouldn't expect anything too fancy. They could use some new lounge chairs and umbrellas, but that is being picky. Overall I found the upkeep to be excellent. Security was also good, and there was also staff around all the time. We were always kept stocked up with toilet roll and tissue, and a couple of times they even gave us more dishwasher salt. The cleaning staff came round everyday to have a tidy, make the bed, and give us new towels, and bath mat.

I peeked into a two bedroom in the cascades and it looked really nice.

We didn't have a problem with them trying to get us to the time share presentation, they did leave a lot of messages on the phone but you don't have to listen them! I just ignored them and it wasn't a problem. Staff were always helpfull and friendly.

Thanks for the pics! May I ask if this resort is booked via renting points from a timeshare owner, or if you can book on a cash reservation? Thanks!

Princess Charlie - glad you enjoyed the resort!

Belle - the answer is both. You can reserve directly from the Sheraton Site as both a hotel stay (with daily housekeeping) or as a less expensive timeshare stay (with mid-week towels and tidy). There are also many owners who rent out their units by the week or through points (depending on the type of ownership), check Redweek.com or TUG2.net as a start if you are looking.
