My sister is using my banked week to stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort. We paid the fees to have a guest pass issued in her name. She is checking in on a Friday. We didnt request a section but the confirmation from SV says Fountains II...i think the room was 1591 but will doublecheck.

Since she is not the owner can she still sign up for Diamond Lane check in?

Also, wondering what floor she might be on. Not sure if someone knows from the room number i provided.

We bought the timeshare last year and stayed in our section, Springs, and LOVED IT. I remember some real nice Dis'ers giving me some help.

Thanks!;)

Hi there !
Your sister can definitely use the Diamond Lane for requests. :thumbsup2
However, there is no unit # 1591. There is a Fountains # 1519 and that is a ground floor villa if this helps ? Villa 1519 would be slated for a Friday check-in, however I "think" it's Fountains I not Fountains II. I'm pretty sure Fountains II only has Sat and Sun check-ins. Unit 1519 is ground floor right by the Fountains pool.....hope this helps :)

Hi Maria~Ok i just should got the correct number. My guest certificate says Unit # FTN 1571.

I will be glad to tell her about Diamond Lane Check In!

My sister is a single mom with my niece and they are traveling with another single mom and her two children. Will they be approached for time share presentations? She actually wouldnt mind if she was.

Thanks for your help :) Chris

Hi ! Sorry I didn't get back to you for a couple days. I've been fighting a migraine.
Anyway.....unit 1571 is the top floor (3rd) in the Fountains II. Very nice, quiet area---with pond view. If you don't mind the stairs, we love the top floor because you get the vaulted ceiling and skylight in the living room. You will be within walking distance to both the Lakes and Fountains pool (you'll have to cross the parking lot area).

And yes, they probably will be approached for a timeshare tour. After they check-in, they'll be directed to the "welcome desk" where they "can pick up some coupons and brochures". It is at that desk (behind the DL check-in desk), where they can sign up for the timeshare breakfast.

Hope this helps !

Thanks Maria. Dont worry about any delay..especially when it involves a migraine.

We loved the 3rd floor in our Springs unit with the skylights and vaulted ceilings. I am sure my sister will like it there, too. And, I will inform her about being approached for timeshares.

Thanks again~:)
