Sheraton Safari

I know this is sort of an old thread, but I have been reading over it lately, trying to get a better deal.



I did this search and I am sure that I only checked of LBV-DTD area. There are some condos, a 2.5* hotel, a 3.5* hotel and one 3* hotel.

Here are the amenities:

Complimentary Breakfast
Rates include continental or full breakfast.

Pool(s)
Property offers at least one pool area; hours and dates of operation may be seasonal.

Fitness Center
Guests have access to exercise equipment; an additional charge may apply.

Golf Nearby
Property is located within walking distance or a short drive of at least one golf course; an extra charge typically applies.

Business Center
Guests have access to business equipment and services; an additional charge may apply.

Laundry Facilities
Guests have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer.


It's coming in at $85/night, reg price $110.

I am doubting that this is the Sheraton Safari, because I am pretty sure that SS doesn't offer a continental breakfast.

Any advice or comments?

I tried to search on betterbidding to figure out what hotel this is, but it doesn't seem to be listed?? Maybe its a new one or you have another area checked off?? I would say I am pretty sure its NOT the Sheraton Safari.

Again I have to mention to get an American XP Starwood card, you can apply and sometimes you get enough points off the bat for a free night, its well worth it, and also when you go you can be eligible for late checkout, upgraded rooms, etc.. Plus you use your card and you get points towards another stay. Have fun.

Oh, but of course. I have over 22,000 points that I am playing with on this trip and you wouldn't believe the schemes that I am hatching, trying to get the most of them. My dh thinks I am off my rocker.
