Sheraton or Floridays

Any body got any advice on which is the best

We just got back from the Floridays on Saturday, and thought it was great! We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, full kitchen, dvd player, jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer.

My daughter (13) had a blast at the main pool (there are 2 pools). It felt great to kick back in the hot tub at the end of a long day.We were very close to the Disney parks as well as other attractions in the area.

I'm not sure which Sheraton you're talking about, but we have also stayed at the Vistana Villages on International Drive, just up the road from Floridays. I think the Floridays was better -- layout of the condo was less cluttered, pool was large, staff was friendly.

Hi,thanks for replying. I just want to find out... are there 2 double or 2 single beds in the second bedroom. I am wondering on weather to book a 2 or 3 bedroom as there well be 3 adults and 2 teenagers

Our suite had a king in the first bedroom and 2 queens in the second.

We are at a 2 bedroom at Vistana Villages right now and it is very roomy. 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. Main bedroom has a king bed and jacuzzi bathtub. We stayed at the Vistana resort last summer and had the same layout. We are very happy. Have never stayed at Floridays.

I have never stayed at Floridays. I have owned timeshare since 1984 and Vistana Villages is only one of two resorts that I thought was terrible. Grounds were beautiful, bed was great but that is the only good thing I can say about it.

Unit was dirty, 1 bar of soap in a 2 BR. No wash clothes, don't remember about towels, I think there were two. Staff was surly, unfriendly and inefficient. I'm sure that isn't the norm for this resort but I will never give it another chance.

We stayed at the Sheraton Vistana in Dec. It was not very nice at all. They some some nice new renovated sections, but they put us in one of the old sections as we were not owners. We had booked through Travelocity which also meant that the WDW tickets they gave us at the resort were not upgradeable or exchangeable.
