DS spent the night at a friends, and we haven't heard from him yet.

DD10 had a sleepover guest here, one of my fav's since she is low maintenance, and I haven't heard a whine or complaint out of DD since she arrived. She is leaving soon to go to a grad party, though.

My friend asked for Disney advice today, too. She thought they would go over a holiday, and she hates crowds. I told her holidays are NOT the time to avoid crowds!

She is clueless about Disney...doesn't understand my love for it.
Her mother was saying yesterday that she is thinking about booking a trip for the end of July (next month!) She doesn't understand that you now need to book ADRs months in advance to eat at most of the restaurants (they haven't been since 2001).

So much of the fun is in the planning!
There are precious few ADR's left for August....

I need to get sleepover friend all rounded up with her stuff
so her mom doesn't have to wait.

I hate that when my kids arent' ready when I arrive to pick them up!

Wow, that is surprising, and sad. Billy Mays, the infomercial guy, died in his sleep is my guess, 50 years old. He was a PA native, near Pittsburgh.

The kids swam this morning, and then it got cool and breezy
and I covered the pool


and it drizzled for about two seconds
and now the sun is back out.


Not a washout day, good for all the grad parties
