DS is mowing the grass
and as soon as he finishes
we go to pick up the girls

Would be nice if the rain held off until pickup
last year it rained at pick up
and everyone and everything was soaked

All the models on TV had straight hair, I cannot even picture you with bumpit inserted! PLEASE, brighten my day with a photo

One full load of semi stinky laundry agitating...

DD10 stayed in the "hotel" so she is not very campy smelling.
SHe was chasing someone and fell (this morning) on cement and gravel
and she looks like the walking wounded

she had gauze patches taped around both knees and one elbow...
we had to take them off so she could soak them clean, they were dirty as well as scraped up.

She really is disaster prone lately!
and gymnastics at four......practice for the show......
she may be limping a bit for that

13 is smellier
and she brought home the clothing they "mud slid" in
it used to be a white shirt that said her name
I said "throw it out"

she said "PLEASE can we try to wash it first????"
It is now soaking in the tub
along with the shorts that who knows what color they used to be
they are now brown, and the socks and underwear
yep, all brown


I will let them soak, but after soaking I will assess
and discard as necessary

DS wanted to go out to lunch
the DD's did not

so we didnt
they had ramen noodles instead
I find it hilarious that ramen noodles are what 10 missed eating!
she wanted them even over McD's
which she LOVES
(she's probably thinking I will spring for McD's after gymnastics)

DD10 bought presents
she is always a thoughtful child

I got a birdhouse (craft)
and a ceramic teensy shoe (I collect those, they cover teh windowsills in the kitchen)
and a bag of Reeses Pieces!

I had to babysit A and M last night...
their parents were supposed to be home by 10...
but they didn't get home until...
























12:30 By the time I got home and fell asleep it was almost 2!

I was up at 5am to go tailgating at school!
I fell asleep in my chair

But we all had a blast and it was a great way
to start the last day!
