I missed you all yesterday!
I ended up having to stay for BOTH of Alicia's dance recitals
I didn't get home until 11 last night!

I hope the recital is going well, Snow.
That can be a long day!

Long doesn't even begin to describe my day!
Each recital had between 65-70 dances (and 37272938 solos/duets which I hate)
For the first recital I had to sit between Alicia's grandmas (who are like my 2nd grandmas)...but they DO NOT get along...they had a 15 minute argument about the Catholic church Thank goodness the recital started...because puches were about to be thrown!

Cole had a wonderful time last night. Her date even treated her to the golden arch's afterward. Yep, Mr. Judi went all out and broke the bank.

She did look very nice, as did the male teachers in one girl's tiara.

I've actually been accident free for the past few days (knock on wood!)
I seriously thought they were going to start throwing punches...they came close last week at Alicia's Memorial Day Party!

Cole had a wonderful time last night. Her date even treated her to the golden arch's afterward. Yep, Mr. Judi went all out and broke the bank.

...my DH and I are Eucharistic ministers at our parish and, since my DH went to upstate NY to fix the tub (hence, unable to make this week's mass), it was really important that I was present at the 7:30 AM mass. Well, i was in a really sound sleep, when I literally woke up, almost JUMPING out of bed. I glanced at the clock and saw that it was 6:54AM!! So, i rushed like a maniac, washing up, brushing my teeth, getting dressed and hurrying out the door without waking up the rest of the family. As I pulled up to the church, I glanced in the parking lot and there was NOT ANOTHER CAR IN SIGHT! I looked down at my car clock and it said 6:20AM, not 7:20!! Apparently, I looked at my clock at home and it really read 5:54AM..... !!! So, let me reiterate:

I AM AN IDIOT!

Was40, so glad hear the eye is somewhat better today. I broke my cheek bone last year and it took FOREVER for it heal. Thank goodness for makeup

After I dropped DD off at work, DH and I took a drive over to this wonderful market that has a sitting area in the back, right near the water-facing the Statue of Liberty. What a view! They have a kosher bakery, so we bought a pastry to share and had some unusual fruit drinks, that were delicious.

It was nice while it lasted! DH had to get back to work.

DD rented another movie this morning at Redbox-Marley and Me, to watch tonight.
