I am going to a retirement dinner for my colleague tonight

today we were scrambling for witty things to say
and gag gifts....

I made a retirement picture (not a gag gift, a nice one)
and we came up with a silly survival kit
plus several speeches

If I didn't have to teach those pesky kids all day
I could have thought up more stuff...

I'm glad that you went to sleep and DVR'd the shows, instead. Take it from someone who has a very hard time getting a good night sleep, when you feel like sleeping, sleep. TV will always be there with repeats....

It's hard to do lots of extra thinking when you're trying to do a job at the same time.
