Stapes has a great deal on Sharpies Sunday and Monday - well kind of! If you purchase $25 of Sharpies online, you instantly get $25 off. I placed my order, but couldn't get the coupon to work. I tried several times, but no luck, so I decided to call them. I instantly got a message that says if you are trying to use the Sharpie coupon code, to go ahead and place your order, but call back later in the week and they will honor the coupon. DD13 has asked for Sharpies for Christmas and since I was going to buy them anyway, I decided to go ahead and order them. I paid the $27 and had them delivered to my local store so shipping was free. I plan on calling back everyday starting on Tuesday to get the $25 back. Even if worse comes to worse and they don't offer it, I will just return the Sharpies to the store and I won't be out any money. So, if you have the $25 available, I would go ahead and order them.

I ordered earlier without the coupon and was able to get through to customer service a little while ago. They issued the credit and I've already gotten an email confirmation. Great deal! Some of the bigger sets have already sold out, I know the one I got did.

I saw this on another board, and I cant stop coughing long enough to speak to someone on the phone. I wish they would just make the coupon work online.

I ordered and emailed them to credit me for the coupon instead of calling. I got the big 21.99 pack and a filler item, awesome deal!

I ended up calling them just now, took a total of 30 seconds to get through and 30 seconds speaking LOL. I'll be credited by Tuesday she said

I called and ordered this around 9 am est. I had it shipped to the store. I ended up paying 1.04 out of pocket. Pretty good deal. My husband uses a lot of black sharpies.

Thanks. Got it ordered. I think I ordered the wrong thing but may see if they can exchange it when I pick it up, if not, I am fine. I ordered highlighters instead of sharpies.....

My local store was able to honor the $25.00 off.

I got a big set at $18.99 and some stainless steel sharpie (my husband wanted) for $6.99 they took the $25.00 coupon off no problem. I had to give them the code, but their computer took it right away.

So less than $2 for tons of Sharpies

That's great! I have a Staples just down the street from me - I think I'll try to walk over today or tomorrow (it expires tomorrow, right?) and see if they'll take the code at the register.

I use Sharpies for work and they would be much-appreciated gifts for my coworkers, too.

I just ordered the batteries. Couldn't pass this one up! I bought a package of AAs and AAAs because we seem to fly through batteries in our house! I am new to the Staples rewards program. Will they just mail a check for the total price of the batteries or is it a gift card for Staples? Either way it is money back. I was just curious how the reward program works.

I just called my local Staples store and asked if they would honor the $25 special and they said yes...AND they have the retractable color Sharpies in stock (they ran out on-line). I love these for Disney Autographs!
