Sharon's Journal -150 here I come!

Hi all! Weigh in was this AM and I am officially down another pound!! Woo-Hoo!!:jumping1: After being stalled for so long, to have two back to back weeks with a loss is a real milestone for me!!! weight this morning was 170! And the other good news about that was I did weigh 169.5 yesterday. Hopefully that means I will be kissing the 170's good bye VERY soon!!!
I am doing great with my goals for this month (except for the exercise). But I knew the exercise was going to be a problem with the surgery, so I think I built myself enough leeway to still make that one by end of month. This no cheating is going very well for me, easy to stick with as long as I don't get off course to begin with.
1) vitamins 10/11
2) blessings 11/11
3) cheat free 10/11
4) exercise 0/11

We will be away this weekend, so staying OP will be more difficult. I am still going to try my best, because I don't want to blow this weight loss that I earned this week! :teeth:
Thanks to everyone who stopped by my journal. Your positive thoughts and encouragement has really helped to keep me OP through that long spell of no loss. It is because of you guys that I didn't give up and throw in the towel. Thank you for that!!:grouphug:

I think it is safe to say, or whisper, goodby plateau. You are doing a great job with your program, and I'm glad that the scale is starting to cooperate. Have fun this weekend.

Hi Everyone!!:wave:
I've been away for a few days and super busy, but I'm checking back in. Things are going well. We went to the dance competition this weekend. It was in Providence RI. Wow, what a great mall they have there! :teeth: Did lots and lots of walking, ate pretty well OP. The result of which is I'm only up 1/2 lb from last weeks weigh in. I'm going to put a big effort in today and tomorrow to see if I can get back down to 170 for Wed morning weigh in!!:Pinkbounc
Thank you all for your warm wishes and congratulations. I know you guys put up with my whining about the scale not moving. Thanks for pushing me to stick with it. You were right, eventually it has to cooperate!!:p
Goals:

3) cheat free 13/16 - I didn't cheat this weekend, but boy! was I bad last Thurs and Friday!!!:rolleyes: Whew! good thing I was able to stay OP this weekend!
4) exercise - 2/16 I'm counting exercise for Sat & sun, because when I say we did a lot of walking, I mean we did a LOT of walking!:crazy:
So that's my story in a nutshell. I am back and focused and ready to really push again this week. I would love to have another nice encounter with the scale on Wed. ::yes::

Oh, DD got a gold medal at dance competition. It was her first gold and she was VERY excited!:Pinkbounc

Hi Sharon! You sound like you had a great time this weekend and I'm sure that half a pound will be gone by Wednesday. Just drink lots of water and be sure to be cheat free and it will just fall right off!

I really fought hard yesterday and overcame my desires to cheat. Luckily, I didn't have any of the food I was craving in the house. Cheese nips just wouldn't cut it when I was craving chocolate chip cookies!:rolleyes: So I held out and resisted the urge - Yeah for me!!

3) Cheat free 14/17
4) Exercise 2/17

I was definitely in the mood for walking yesterday, given my good results from the weekend. Unfortunately, my schedule did not allow me too. It just really stinks, because I was finally in the mood to get some exercise in, and there was just no way to make it work. Tonight is also a no go for the exercise because of my busy schedule. Maybe on Wed!?
That's it in a nutshell for me. So far, today is looking good. Tough part will be tonight. Nephews BDay celebration - pizza and cake! :eek: Not sure what I will do about that. We shall see. I just keep thinking about weigh-in tomorrow morning. I would really love to be able to post another week with a loss!:smooth:

Hi All! :wave2: Thanks for the warm wishes for the weigh-in. The scale said 170 this morning, which is no loss, but it is also no gain! :tongue: Considering I ended up being bad yesterday, I guess I'll take that and be happy!!
I ended up just being VERY hungry yesterday!! I ended up eating choc chip cookies last night! I told you I had been craving them! :crazy: I didn't have pizza or cake because I ended up having to go to a meeting last night for work. So I had leftovers from the night before. Just as well, considering the cookies!!:rolleyes: The kids and DH went to the BDay party, so nephew was not forgotten.
Goals

2) blessings 18/18
3) cheat free - Nope :( 14/18
4) exercise - Nope :rolleyes: 2/18

Tonight I HAVE to get to the grocery store. Also, DD has dance from 6:30 - 9. I would like to get some walking in, but I am not sure that I will have the time. I will try though. :rolleyes:

Hi Everyone! Thanks you for all the warm wishes! Even though I've been too busy for the boards, I've been doing fairly well. Weigh-in yesterday saw me go down .5 lbs! Yeah!!!! :smooth: And I think I am within a day or two of TOM, so that will hopefully mean next weeks weigh-in will go well also.
I had my monthly two days of out of control eating last Fri and Sat. Since then, I have gotten right back on track and I'm doing well. Exercise is nonexistent, but so to is my time. At this point, I am just concentrating on staying OP for eating. That in itself is a challenge right now because of how crazy my schedule is.
I have gone back to Doe's suggestion of eating less processed foods. I am eating yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch and then whatever for dinner. Have been doing this for a few weeks and I think it is one of the reasons I am seeing more success on the scale. Dinner tends to be Atkins friendly stuff because DH is following that. So even though it is not well thought out and planned for, it still tends to be fresh food and pretty okay for my plan.
Goals:
1) Vitamins - 26/27
2) Blessings - 27/27
3) Cheat Free - 21/27
4) Exercise - 4/27
