i think of booking dinner here. Does anyone know how far ahead i can book? can you request a window next to the tank?

We were just there Oct 9. We tried to book in advance and were told to check with guest services the day of our visit. They told us to go to the restaurant between 10:00 and 11:00. At 10:30 we showed up and got the last reservation, unless we wanted to eat lunch at 2:30. Not sure if they were also booking dinner at that time or a different window in the afternoon...
