Sniff Sniff. Well, David told me yesterday that when he got to the store on the lot, they were already out of 65, 67 & 68. I was a little upset since the Flounder/Sebastian pin was the one pin that struck me when I first looked at the whole set before this whole nightmare began. But, no problem. Called Michelle who is up in the Bay area for the weekend and asked her to pick them up for us. She pages me at 10:04 this morning. She's #40 in line. They ran out of all pins 5 people in front of her! She experienced what you have all been talking about on the board. Rudeness, How could they run out, etc. She even overheard someone saying, This is my first week, is it always like this? She at least got a good laugh about that.

So, does anyone out there have two extra 65, 67 & 68? I'll be your best friend? Or how about your personal shopper for a day at DL/DCA?

Wow! I actually found them down in San Diego! Just started calling areas that I thought might not have sold out yet and I hit paydirt about the 5th phone call. Each store had a portion of what I needed but then I found one that had all 3! Had to run over to my store so they could call the San Diego store to confirm my Disney Club membership and my store had all five of the American flag pins. I also re-applied for the holidays. I was a CM there last year. Plus, they were running a special -- free mini snowglobe with a purchase of $25 or more. I got a Sally to go along with the Jack that I got for free at the Topanga store last night (I got a postcard as a Disney Club member).
