Sharing Ticket Plus Options

I know park tickets cannot be shared due to the finger scan at the gates but, what is done to prevent sharing at Disney Quest?

For Example:

Mom has a ticket with 3 day hopper plus one day at Disney Quest or PI
Can Mom let adult child use her DQ day or does DQ use the finger scan, making it impossible to share?

Any thoughts on this?

The finger scan is done now at DQ, PI and TL. I didn't go to BB, sut I think it is safe to believe it is also done there.
