Hi,
I'm so frustrated and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on. We purchased Memory Maker for our past Feb 2014 trip. I just downloaded all of our pictures yesterday and wanted to use the "Share via Email" option at the photopass site. I click "Share All" and then get to the option to choose between sharing via Facebook or sharing via Email.
I've tried multiple times and multiple browsers, but I just click and click on the Email button and the website never actually gives me a space to type in an email address. So frustrating! We are well within our 30 day window, so this should work!
Has this happened to anyone else? Any work arounds?
