If I was going to use the deluxe plan, I'd make sure I'd use one meal per day on a Signature restaurant, and the other credit perhaps on a breakfast or early lunch. I don't tend to want more than two meals at WDW, and this wouldn't be a waste of your dining credits.
Here is my schedule...its 7 nights, so 7 days of meal plan. We have accounted for 16 credits. I was just thinking on the days we are in DHS we might want to try to sit and eat at Prime Time or Sci Fi for fun, but we might not be hungry enough for a full meal. I accounted for breakfast and dinner most days (saving lunch for counter service if we are hungry).
