I hope I can ask this in an understandable way. I plan on going to BWV. I want a 1br for my first night then the next day move to a GV with one of my DD's family for 7 nights. I want my other DD to use the first 1 br for 7 nights then I would move back for 2 nights. My plan is keep the 1 br for 10 nights but have different people stay in it. I would list all on the reservation. I just don't want to have to check in and out three times. Is this possible?
TIA

yes.

but the only problem would be charging to the room. Would only allow yourself to do that in this case. Or no one.

disney can issue the keys without charging priviledges.

VWL has allowed us to change the cc # on file during a trip. You could start with yours, have the front desk change it on the second day and then change it back for the last 2 nights if you want to use charging to your room.

You would be limited to four people on the reservation for the one bedroom. And I don't think you can list yourself on more than one reservation. You may have to list someone from the one bedroom into the GV so you can be listed on just one room. You may need to ask them to key the two rooms the same.

As long as you don't have the DDP it shouldn't be an issue. Personally I'd get the 1 BR with your name and all others up to the max they'll list which is 5 plus one under 3. I wouldn't put a CC or have charging at all. Then when you check in for the 3 BR, list all in the unit including yourself. It's unlikely they'll call you on being listed in 2 units since it'll be different days for check in. Given the group in question I would go back to the desk and update the people involved but you could if you wanted. If you have the DDP the 1 BR will be a problem as you will likely have to pay for every single person staying in that unit even one night and pay for them for the entire 10 nights. Of course the 3 BR gives you some options to be flexible with the DDP.

Thanks for your reply. We won't have te DDP so I hope it will go smoothly. I will as you suggested list everyone that will use that unit.
I apologize for not responding sooner but I live in an area that was hit by an ice storm which left us without power for 7 days. The storm hit at 10 pm 12/11. We got power back at 6:30 last night. It felt like a Xmas miracle.

Hope your bad weather is behind you and only clear skies ahead.
