Sharing a Photopass CD

Please be patient with me. I can't find the answer to this question and I don't want to get flamed for asking something bad. I am wondering if there is a limit to how many pics you can fit on a Photopass CD. We have purchased them in the pass and have had so many with just my family of 4 that we had to have 2 CDs. This trip is different. My daughter wrote an essay about her teacher and won the Downtown Disney Resort Hotels Disney A+ Teacher contest. Our family and the teacher and her family (two foster children who have never been to Disney) will be traveling together to Disney. My best friend of 30+ years is also going that week with her family. I have prepurchased the CD. Is it wrong to add their pictures too since we are going as a group? The teacher who is a friend of mine is only going into the parks 3days so she shouldn't have an enormous amount of pics. What is your opinions?

As long as your all a group I don't see anything wrong with it. As for the number of pictures on a cd/dvd, sure there would be a limit. I'm not sure what it would be however it would be probably thousands of pictures.

That does bring up a good question, if you purchase the CD and you have more pictures than would fit on one disk will they give you a second one without paying extra??

As a group I think that you are okay putting all your pics together when they return. When you buy the CD, you are buying the rights to print all included photos.

As far as how many pics, when we got our cd this smmer there were over 100 pics taken by PP photographers. Once I edited and added boarders, there were around 300 pics on the cd, not counting the stock photo's WDW adds.

If you're unsure if it's "proper" or not then split the cost of the CD 3 ways. That will be about $34 for the 3 groups going. Very affordable IMHO.

They'll send as many disks as needed for all of the photos loaded on the account. Since you've already pre-purchased the CD, you'll need to give the account information (logon email and password) to the others so they can upload their photopass cards to your account that you'll be sharing with them. Tell them to be sure not to create their own online account and be sure to use yours. When you receive the CD's you can make copies on CD's for them or share with them in any way you'd like.

Thanks so much for your responses. I thought since we're together that it was ethical but needed reassurance from Disers. I think the plan is to just hand over the cards to me and I will take care of it. That way no mistakes and someone getting left out.
